Due to limited space in class, we recommend reserving a spot online. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Walk-ins are welcome, but will depend on availability. Reserving a spot online guarantees your spot in a class, If you are signed in to a class online, you have until 2 hours prior to the class to cancel yourself out, otherwise this class will be deducted from your class card or drop-in payment. We do not offer refunds for purchases.
In the event a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. When you add yourself to the waitlist online, you are making a commitment to attend the class should a spot become available for you. If a spot does become available, you will be notified automatically by email. At that point, you are added into the roster and can either attend or will need to cancel online 2 hours prior to the start of class.
Please read all the information provided to sign up online. Begin by clicking the link “Click here to sign up” at the bottom of this page. You will be taken to our Mind Body and will be asked to create an account and sign a waiver to reserve your spot. Every participant must have their own accounts, sign a waiver and sign up individually for classes. If your bringing a friend or relative you must create a seperate account for them. Purchasing two drop in rate classes will not register two spots.

Second Class Free:
First time participants get 2nd class free. It is valid for up to two weeks after the date of the first class, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be used for any class that requires instructor approval. 2nd class free cannot be combined with any other discounts and is only applicable to the drop in class rate.
What To Wear:
Comfortable exercise-type clothing that covers the armpits and backs of the knees. No zippers, snaps, metal, rings, jewelry or anything else that can catch or snag on the fabric. Please avoid wearing any lotions, perfumes, colognes, etc. Please be mindful of personal hygiene in order to keep our fabrics clean.
What To Expect:
New students should plan to arrive to the studio at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. This ensures you have enough time to use the restroom, fill out the waiver and get settled before the start of class. All Aerial Silks and Lyra students are required to participate in the warm up before being allowed to work on any of the equipment. Expect to work hard and have fun during your class. We have a few four legged assistants that are usually in attendance and like to help keep us safe. If you have allergies to dogs please be aware that they may be present at the studio for your class. Don’t be alarmed if you open the door and Chloe barks, she’s just saying hello!
Please be aware and courteous to your other classmates, we do not allow family members, friends or other students not participating in class to sit and watch. This can be distracting for everyone including yourself, and our classes require full attention from everyone participating. Our full list of studio policies are below, please look them over so your class can be smooth and enjoyable!
Take Flight Yoga & Movement is located inside CrossFit Now 1861 W Grant Road #107, Tucson AZ 85745. Free parking in the large parking lot in front of the building.
Please arrive on time to class. No shoes on the mats.
Please remove all jewelry prior to the start of class. All students must adhere to the dress code.
Tee shirts or long sleeves must be worn to any class using the hammocks or fabric. Long pants or crops are recommended, please no shorts.
No zippers, snaps, metal rings, jewelry or anything else that could snag the fabric.
Students are not permitted to touch or play on the equipment before the start of class. Please find a seat on the floor and stretch or pet a dog while you wait.
Students are not permitted to adjust the rigging. Please ask an instructor to adjust hammock heights if needed etc. Respect yourself and your fellow classmates. Class should be an enjoyable experience, so have fun and be supportive to each other.
No teaching between students is permitted.
Please do not talk over the instructor to fellow classmates.
Share the space and equipment, each student gets a turn during class. Use common sense and practice safely within your abilities.
No photos or video are to be taken during class unless approved by the instructor.
Please ask an instructor before class begins to take photos or videos. We will permit photos at the end of class, but please respect our time and keep it short.
Please do not take photo or video of others without their permission. We will not stop the class for photo opportunities.
Do not request a photo in a pose or trick you do not know or cannot perform with ease. We will not teach you a new move just for a photo.
Parents or friends are not allowed to take photos or video from waiting area while class is in session.
What Classes Can I Take As A Beginner?
Any of our Aerial Yoga, Aerial Yoga Fit, Lyra Basics and Aerial Silks Basics are great classes for beginners. All of our Aerial Yoga and Aerial Yoga Fit classes are mixed level and do not require any prerequisites to attend. Aerial Silks Basics and Lyra Basics classes are beginner level classes and must be attended, and test out before any level 1 or level 2 class.
How Do I Move Up In Class Level?
To advance to the next level class, students must have attended the Aerial Silks Basics or Lyra Basics classes prior. Every student must complete and pass the appropriate test of their current level class to attend a higher level class Testing is held during open gym times or another prearranged time, and must be done with an instructor.
