Aerial yoga uses a fabric sling, or hammock, to fully or partially support the weight of the body while moving through yoga poses. While aerial yoga can add a new dimension to your existing yoga practice, no yoga or aerial experience is necessary to take this class. All levels and body types are welcome!

Take Flight Fitness
This class is designed for people of all fitness levels who are looking to lose weight, get in shape, and have fun. We used specialized equipment to build functional fitness, core strength and balance, and flexibility

Aerial Silks Basics
This class covers the basic fundamentals of aerial silks. Participants will learn to climb, invert, and lock in, as well as basic tricks. It is designed for people with little or no aerial silks experience. Participants will be required to master the skills taught in Aerial Silks Basics before moving on to the Aerial Silks classes.

Silk Masters Level 2
Silk Masters 2 builds off of the foundation skills learned in Silk Masters Level 1. In this class, you will learn more advanced locks, hangs, and tricks, and even begin putting moves together in short routines. Prerequisites: Silk Masters Level 1 -Instructor Approval Required. An ability test will be required to advance to this class from Silk Masters 1.

Open Gym style class that focuses on the breakdown and practice of new, more advanced skills. Instructor approval is required before attending this class.

Time to come practice what you have been learning, or to just “hang around” in the hammocks.

-Must have taken at least 4 classes (or have Instructor approval) prior to attending an Open Gym.
-No teaching!! This is time to practice skills you have already been taught. No teaching between participants is allowed.
-Be respectful and kind to yourself and others. Share the space and equipment, and be mindful of your safety and those around you.
-Do not change or adjust the rigging or equipment. If you want something else down, ask the attendant.
-Practice at your own risk, and use common sense. Injuries can happen, please practice safely within your abilities.

Acrobatic yoga, or Acroyoga, combines elements of yoga with partner acrobatics. This class focuses on building strong fundamentals and refining technique allowing for a fun, challenging, and safe practice for participants of all skill levels. No partner required.
